An oversize combination vehicle struck the bridge's overhead truss near Mount Vernon, Washington, and a span collapsed into the river. The NTSB identified multiple safety deficiencies, including insufficient route planning and a failure by the certified pilot/escort driver to perform required duties and communicate potential hazards. No. HaulFuse is a coordination, verification, alerting, and documentation tool. The issued permit, route survey, current restrictions, direct communication, and trained professional judgment remain essential. Navigation apps and future hazard cross-checks are additional aids only.
Each person completes their own assessment. HaulFuse compares submitted results and routes differences into the appropriate warning, acknowledgement, or hard-block correction workflow instead of silently copying one person’s measurement to another.
HaulFuse can use Anthropic Claude to assist with extracting permit fields, restrictions, route points, and available QR-route information from an uploaded permit. The result is a draft for human review — AI suggestions are never automatically treated as the issued permit.
Yes. Unrelated company data stays isolated. When an independent pilot is authorized for a specific job, only the information needed for that shared assignment is made available to the people involved.
Yes. Pilot Marketplace accounts and free broker/company posting accounts are available through the HaulFuse web app. Native App Store and Google Play distribution are separate releases.
Full company operations plans use a 14-day self-service trial. Pilot Marketplace uses a 30/45/60 system: every pilot starts with 30 days free, earns 15 more by completing their profile, equipment details, availability setup, and the tester checklist, and the first 25 Founding Pilots get a full 60 days. The Broker/Company Marketplace posting account is free.
Self-service company plans can be monthly or annual. Enterprise arrangements may use a separate agreement. Cancel and billing terms remain subject to the plan and Terms of Service in effect for the account.
