Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you (and, if you're signing up on behalf of a company, that company) and Rovira Technology Group, LLC, doing business as HaulFuse ("HaulFuse," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the HaulFuse app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use HaulFuse.

1. What HaulFuse Is

HaulFuse is a coordination, verification, alerting, and record-keeping tool built for oversize/overweight load and pilot car (escort) operations. It helps dispatch, drivers, and pilot cars stay in sync on permits, crew status, height verification, and safety alerts.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you're the company owner or a dispatcher adding crew members, you're responsible for making sure the people you add are authorized to act on the company's behalf.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

• Paid plans may be billed through Stripe or, for eligible mobile subscriptions, through the applicable app store such as Apple. The payment method and billing provider are shown when you subscribe.
• Free trials, where offered, run for the period stated at signup. If a trial is configured to renew automatically, that will be disclosed before you subscribe; otherwise, paid access may require you to choose a paid plan when the trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we don't prorate or refund partial periods, and you keep full access through the end of what you already paid for.
• Prices, plans, and included features may change with reasonable advance notice.
• Founding Member programs. Founding Company and Founding Pilot spots are limited in number and awarded on a first-come basis when an account first becomes a paying subscriber. Founding discounts apply as described at signup — currently a larger discount for the first twelve paid months followed by a smaller ongoing discount — and the ongoing discount continues only for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. If a subscription is canceled and not reinstated within the stated grace period, founding status and its discount end. Founding status is tied to the account and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Referral rewards and account credits. Referral rewards are earned only when a referred account completes the qualifying paid subscription payment(s) described in the program at the time of referral — signups alone never earn a reward. Rewards are issued as account credit or free subscription time, apply to future billing periods, and hold no cash value. They are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Unused reward balances may be subject to a stated cap. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through self-referral, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or other abuse of the program, and may modify or discontinue the referral program with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use HaulFuse for anything unlawful; attempt to access another company's data without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the service; reverse-engineer or resell the app; or use it in a way that could put crew safety at risk by relying on it as a substitute for required professional verification, permits, or judgment.

5. Your Data

What we collect and how we use it is covered in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. As between you and HaulFuse, you or your organization retain rights in the information you submit. We don't sell personal information. HaulFuse may share job information with authorized users and organizations participating in the same load or convoy, as described in the Privacy Policy; unrelated organizations do not receive unrestricted access to your private account or unrelated jobs.

6. Our Intellectual Property

HaulFuse — including the app, its underlying software and source code, the HaulFuse name and logo, and the design, layout, workflows, screens, documentation, and other materials that make up the service — is owned by Rovira Technology Group, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Section 5 above covers your data; this section covers ours, and nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of HaulFuse to you.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HaulFuse for your own business operations for as long as your account remains in good standing. That license does not include any right to: copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the app; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code; rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or otherwise make HaulFuse available to any third party as your own product or service; remove, obscure, or alter any HaulFuse branding, notices, or attribution except where you have purchased a branding license that expressly permits it; or use the HaulFuse name, logo, or other marks without our prior written permission.

If you send us feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, we may use them to improve HaulFuse without obligation or compensation to you. You keep any rights you already had in what you submitted; you are simply not charging us for acting on the suggestion.

Where a customer purchases a branding license that permits displaying HaulFuse under their own name and logo, that is a limited, revocable license to present the service that way while the license remains active. It is not a sale, assignment, or transfer of ownership of HaulFuse or any part of it, and it does not permit the customer to claim to have built or to own the underlying software.

7. The Pilot Marketplace

If you use the independent pilot marketplace/directory feature — either listing yourself as an available pilot or searching for one — you're responsible for verifying that anyone you hire or work with is properly licensed, insured, and qualified under applicable law. HaulFuse facilitates the introduction and coordination; it doesn't vet, employ, insure, or guarantee the work of independent pilots listed in the marketplace, and isn't a party to any agreement you make with one.

8. Disclaimers

HaulFuse is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every specific use. Navigation links (Google Maps, Apple Maps, inRoute, etc.) are aids, not guarantees — the issued permit and your own route verification always control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaulFuse and Rovira Technology Group, LLC aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including damages related to route decisions, clearance outcomes, or third parties (including marketplace-sourced pilots) you work with. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

10. Termination

You can stop using HaulFuse at any time. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the billing provider shown in your account or receipt, such as Stripe or Apple. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know (e.g., in-app or by email) before it takes effect. Continuing to use HaulFuse after a change takes effect means you accept the update.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
